I recently had a much-needed break that exceeded my expectations. The refreshing pool on the 9th floor was a pleasant surprise! Plus, my room had a surprisingly comfortable mattress and a great coffee maker, perfect for winding down. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location near the Civic Center was perfect, and the comfortable beds made for a good night's sleep. The room was clean and spacious, and I appreciated the in-room coffee pot. However, I did find the mattress a bit lumpy.

Rooms definitely need updating. The location is convenient, right near shopping and restaurants. The shuttle service is a big plus. Happy hour provides a nice way to unwind after a long day.
